Stronger than my extra strong resistance band
I had a set of resistance bands with the strongest provided something like 60lbs of resistance. I am only 107lbs F but consistently train with resistance bands and weights. It has gotten to the point that the extra strong doesn't provide the workout i am looking for for lateral band walks. I am looking forward to adding this band to my workouts. I am not sure what folks are encountering when they say it doesn’t budge at all. i was able to make it stretch a bit just with my hands/arm strength and I am not a body builder by any means. I do not imagine this is actually a 150lb stress resistance but it is what I was looking for to continue advancing my workouts 👍.

Useless :(
This glute band is basically useless. It doesn't stretch far enough to activate the entire glute. I have no idea why this had good reviews.

Very heavy band!
All of my resistance bands were too weak for glue kickbacks, even if I put multiple ones on at once. I needed something really heavy that would make this exercise worthwhile. Well, I found it! This is it! Could I use this band for anything besides glute kickbacks? Probably not....its STRONG! But it serves this purpose well for me.
