Eyebrow tattoo pen. How To Use: 1. Use after a thorough skin cleaning , with no residue of oil (If you draw on a make-up base or color make up, it will get less effective.) 2. Draw your eyebrows using the angular brush , or the provided brush Then modify the area where requires a modification with a cotton swab lightly before it dry. 3. Recommended to use it before 1-2 hours before going to bed in the evening. 6 hours after applying it, color-development is completed 4. If you do retouching after about 3-4 days (when it is getting fade), you can maintain the color like a semi-permanent.

It doesn’t come with any instructions .
I ordered this hoping that were the peel off gels don’t stain the skin, I wanted to see if this would. Well you apply it have to keep it on for 6 hours. At this point they claim it is set. You are supposed to use soap and water to remove the crusty die. Good luck it doesn’t come off with just soap and water you have to use a lotion or face cream with an oil base. Once you FINALLY scrub it off , well guess what you find absolutely no change in your eyebrow color from before you started now more that 6 hours ago! Worst product ever !!!!.. stick with the peel off.
