This is a simple but cute pencil bag. I love the lavender color and it does hold quite a bit. I like that it is a nice quality mesh and the piping, the lavender part, feels nicely put together. I plan on letting my little one use this for pre-k to hold her crayons and things and the length is nice if you have colored pencils. To test it out, I put all of my favorite pens and highlighters in the pencil case and really stuffed it and due to the fabric, it was able to stretch a bit but I don’t recommend keeping keeping it overfilled since it could mess up the mesh long term. I have everything I filled the pencil case with pictured, and the only 2 things that did not fit were to the Sharpies. I really enjoy the whole SPACEMATE line and I love their cases.

I really like that it is see-through, as I like to see what I have in various pouches. I keep all of my various device and wearable chargers in this case when I travel, as it keeps them all in one place and I can also see what I have because it is see-through!It was a little mashed in when I received it and looked too small (they sent in a padded bag rather than a box and it got squished), but once I stretched it out and put things in it, it seems much bigger and fits everything in it that I need.This would work just fine for pencils and other school/office supplies and, again, getting to see what is in there would be helpful for these supplies as well.I know the title says for girls and boys, but I think it has useful purposes for people of all ages!

This pencil case is larger than I expected. I didn't notice the listing giving any measurements. It is 9.5 inches long, 4 inches wide, and just under 2 inches deep. That is measuring the outside of the bag. The bag is made of a mesh fabric that feels like it is of high quality. The binding on the bag appears to be some type of canvas, and it is machine stitched. The zipper glides smoothly, even around the corners of the bag. The outside pocket is a nice addition that should be handy. This is a very nice pencil case. I definitely recommend it.

This is a decent size, and it's cute. Make sure you want mesh (think pen leaks). I was hoping I could use it for a little make up bag, but it won't work for that. For its intended purpose (pencil bag), it's fine!

It's a usable bag but it has a 'dollar store' feel to it. It's bowed pretty strongly in the middle. Probably it will regain it's shape once stuff it put in it. It's maybe a bit pricey but will make a decent bag.

I like Spacemate products, and this case is no exception. It's sturdy and roomy. The outside pocket is handy. You can use it for stationery supplies, cosmetics, small electronic items, etc. The zipper glides nicely, and you can see what's inside but the grey mesh doesn't show dirt. And it's hand washable.

I wanted a pencil case that had some sort of window on it to enable me to see the contents, which this one does have. The plastic mesh seems sturdy enough to protect my colored pencil leads from breaking and easily zips open to retrieve whatever I'm after. It annoys me a little that the construction means that the case is squashed down in a couple of corners. It is actually a result of the very fabric that allows me to see the contents. It is very stiff and wants to pull at the seams. Pushing from the inside helps a lot and shows how much more capacity the case actually has (a lot!). There is also a generous pocket on the outside.
