Just no goodDidn't adjust to mouth in any way.Thay fall out of the mouth during the night so still grind my teeth

Good product to prevent grinding
Does what I wanted it to do. If you follow the instructions provided regarding the moulding there seems to be no issue. Like that it’s soft plastic so doesn’t crack.
