I just got my order and stocked my fridge with my favorite flavor (although I love all of them). I love caffeine but as a health conscious individual, I know not all caffeine/"energy drinks" are created equal so I'm particular with the caffeinated beverages I drink. I love BE because it's comparable to other drinks in caffeine (200 mg) yet is naturally sourced and isn't loaded with a ton of sugar or junk. I'm also neurodivergent (ADHD) and have found it's literally like medicine for my brain so it's more of a supplement than an "energy drink!" I have found I get the benefits of a more steady flow of focused energy without the jitters or dreaded crash. I've even substituted it for my pre-workout and it gets the job done. I also love that I don't have to drink a huge can to enjoy the benefits (I don't want to feel full for hours after drinking a can.) Best drink I know of!

This drink is amazing. It gives me the physical and mental motivation to get me through my workouts without that feeling of exhaustion but a feeling of determination and focus to give me the best workout possible. I highly recommend this drink and this flavor!!!!

I love drinking these cold!! So nice with these hot summer days! I like the mango flavored ones best! It gives me a better feeling than when I drink other energy drinks, which make me super jittery.
