After information from seller, changing the program of the bike. It meant the required speed. Thank you for your help and your quick response.When I first got the bike, it would not go the speed that they advertise that it would go. So I contacted the seller that I was going to return it so they told me how to go in and change the computer settings to get more speed out of the bike. So you can up the speed on the bike if you have one you can contact them and they will give you the information how to do that. Hope this helps someone. If you want to reach 25 mph, please unlock the speed limit. Here are the instructions to unlock the speed limit:--- First, press and hold the "+" and "-" buttons at the same time for 3 seconds to enter the setting mode and press the middle power button to switch to P08.--- Then press "+" button to 40 to unlock the speed limit.--- Finally, press and hold the "+" and "-" buttons at the same time for 3 seconds again to exit the setting mode.

The bike is good overall. The front is making a strange sound and it feels like it's slightly rubbing the brake. Tire doesn't move completely freely when I spin it. It's not affecting it reaching up to 25 mph but it's something thing I've noticed. May bring it in to a shop to see if they can do anything about it. My back tire deflated after the first day. It pumps back up but in the morning or after a few hours of sitting it is flat again. Contacted seller and hoping they can send new tubes and give some insight of the noise in the front. Would change to 5 stars if they do*EDIT* So they contacted me immediately. They definitely care and I appreciate that. I was in between moving and didn't want to send anything anywhere at that current moment. I ended up using a product called slime to fix the tire which I HIGHLY recommend anyone that uses this bike as their main travel to use. I honestly don't have the time to be changing a tube Everytime I get a nail or litteraly as this tire ended up having a long hair need or something. Almost at 400 miles on this bike and I couldn't be more thankful. I'm shooting for at least 10k. Thanks guys. Bikes pretty good and worth the money for sure.

Very pleased with this purchase, shipped in reasonable time, easy assembly, battery came fully charged. I’m 65 with health issues and wanted to get exercise so decided on an e-bike. I changed to a larger seat due to comfort for me. Like the fat tires while riding on gravel, sand, clay, pavement and it climbs hills with ease. Watched u-tube videos on this model and it had great reviews. I ordered 2 and seller contacted me with each shipping label and they came FedEx with no issues. Packaging was very good, the best I have ever seen.

Excellent! Easy to assemble. The 26inch fat ties are awesome! Gets up to 25mph with speed limiter adjustment. Head light works great. This has Turn Signals!! Very well built. 7 speed gear shift for Manuel riding. Pedal assist works great. Throttle mode is fun fun! Great value for the price! I definitely recommend this bike !

Overall I'm pretty happy with this bike. I've put 150 miles on it in a few weeks for my work commute and it has performed well. What usually takes me 45 minutes on a regular mountain bike now only takes me 25 on this bike. There are a few issues I've encountered though:1. The tires are very soft and can't handle a puncture of any kind. I've had 2 flats on the front tire and 2 flats on the rear tire. Definitely get puncture resistant tubes or other necessary precautions for this issue.2. The fork seals definitely show this bike was made in China. They started to go bad after the 3rd ride and I have been trying to find upgraded replacements since then.3. Shipping for the purchase of the bike is outrageously expensive. Was $250 just for shipping.But you gotta take into consideration what you're getting with a cheap Ebike like this. All things considered it's a great bike. If you're willing to work on the upkeep and upgrades, it's definitely worth a buy. Especially since other brand bikes go for $2000+! So I can't cinplain too much.

Bought this for my dad for Christmas because I didn’t want to spend thousands on an electric bike. This was PERFECT! it actually has more than the big money bikes out there on it. my dad loves it!
