Great product for the money. I don't expect to use it very often at all but love the convenience factor. I have a S&W 9 Sheild and I installed the magnet mount into my 1993 Mustang. I used the provided 3M VHB Tape strip. The gun fits like a glove. It even kinda blends into my dash console, mounted gun doesn't get in the way, and is easily and smoothly mounts and removes from magent. The provided tape holds well. The only thing I modified was super gluing down the rubber/silicone (whatever it is) logo cover. It easily slid off and onto the magnet mount when I got it, not a big deal, easy fix that I personally wanted.

I LOVE it has a very strong magnet and held my Taurus 9 mm very well, grateful for having it at hand but hidden there are no children in my home so this is great for me , i’ve put it on the underside of my nightstand you cannot even see my gun but it is in reach! It is also padded with rubber between the magnet so it does not scratch your gun

I searched every gun shop in a 50 mile range and not a single place had a mount that could hold over a few pounds. I saw a few that have magnets and a slip that goes in the trigger but that's not safe when you carry one in the chamber. This one holds up an assault rifle if need be so this is overkill for my pistol. The rubber padding makes it great so it doesnt scratch your weapon. Mounted right under my dash in my truck with no problem. Just use the provided 3M doublesided tape to temporarily stick it to places to check if it will work (meaning stick your weapon to it to make sure the area is big enough), then use the 4 provided screws to set it in place. Too easy :)

The adhesion strip Isn’t the best but I was screwing it in anyway. The magnet is super strong and can easily handle any pistol. The rubber cover that goes around the magnet is very good quality and protects your gun from getting scratched. Overall, a really good purchase.

First, the system itself works well. Holds a Sig P320 C .45 securely by the side of slide without wiggle.The Good: The magnet is more than strong enough to hold a full-frame pistol. The rubber cover prevents scratching. The included 3M adhesive for test placement and the included wood screws are a nice touch.The Bad: The skirting on the rubber cover extends beyond the base of the metal mount. I trimmed this flush with a sanding block. The rubber cover is not attached to the metal base. Even with the screws in place, the cover moves ever so slightly. I remedied this with a little silicone adhesive.The reality of this is ... this is a simple magnetic gun mount. To Bear Armz Tactical, well done. This is a great, simple product that I will be buying a few more of because it works well.

Works exactly as described. Granted my Berretta Nano is no challenge for the magnet, but I don't think this would have any trouble securing larger framed weapons.Now if I could only decide where I want it mounted exactly... If I wanted an under-desk mount or something like that, this would be PERFECT. My Nissan Frontier isn't presenting any perfect spots so far, but I'll find someplace I like :). Plus they're cheap so I might buy a couple of them.Come to think of it, this would be a sweet way to mount a pistol high in a closet or something out of reach and sight of kiddos.

I was super excited about this after seeing multiple videos of adhesive only method being used to hold gun in car. When I tried this however the adhesive just wasn't strong enough. It held my gun 1 time then shortly after (not even 30 mins) it would no longer hold. Magnet kept falling because adhesive just wouldn't stick.

Wrote this review when I first purchased them, upgraded vehicles and immediately bought a new set of these magnets. They are a must have!Really like this gun magnet, liked it so much I bought 2. I used the supplied double-sided tape, installed the magnets in the lid of my console, sticks great, holds my Ruger lcp II perfectly, and the second one holds extra magazines. These are well made, strong, and there is no doubt they will hold your gun/magazine in place. It's nice having them in a secure place while also making it easy to access.
