The usb is not stable on this. You have to keep the device still and make sure the usb cable is connected and not move it at all to charge so forget about charging anything while it is in your bag. I contacted the seller and have yet to receive a reply.The other issue I have with this is the 8000mAh claim. My phone has a 3200 battery and I can only get two full charges maximum.The body of this potable charger is very nice in terms of size and feel but what is the point if it doesn't work properly? Maybe I have a defective product since it has so many good reviews here. Just keep this in mind when deciding on buying this.EDIT-- Redshine did indeed reply to my concerns when I contacted them 10 days ago. They asked for product pictures but I never saw it for some reason and for that I truly apologize. Customer support is amazing. They would not have issued me a refund nor cared to investigate the problem had they not really cared about improving a product they believe in. As I mentioned, reviews here and on Youtube give it a high score so maybe mine was just a bad apple. I will send product pictures to Redshine and see what they think- should they see something wrong with mine I will order again and give it another try because the size of this charger coupled with the mAh capacity is impressive. I have not found another product here like it (except ones that have an iPhone usb attached-- I do not use iPhones).

I was planning to return the battery pack due to it's faulty USB charging port but the stellar customer services dept of REDSHINEEU sent a replacement just two days after I posted my first review in which I expressed my disappoint with the product.So far I am very happy with the replacement, it's thin, lightweight and perfect for charging phone whilst carrying it attached to phone. My only slight reservation is that it charges a little slowly inspite of its 2A port but thats not a big issue. As for capacity, I get about two full charges for a 3200 mAh phone battery which is good enough for me.

UPDATE, 11/11/18 WAS GREAT BUT AFTER 3 MONTHS IT IS NOW NOW NOT WORKING CORRECTLY ABOUT 50% OF THE TIME IT WILL NOT CHARGE THE PHONESits great to use when travelling, light and not bulky, fast recharge time, excellent time after time. 2nd one bought, my friend wanted one as well, charged phone at least 2 times before depletedPS i am not an employee!!

Generally worked fine but stopped working after less than three months

Nothing to complain, really a good purchase! I took it in place of another model, always purchased here on Amazon (and always stellar times, teleportation model) that immediately gave problems: this instead works very well, for months now, almost perfect. Some uncertainty in the use of LED light that you can not always activate at first contact, while smartphones are recognized immediately and without problems (in both directions)

Not very impressed with how many charges this holds. It should hold enough to charge my phone over 3 times but in actual fact it barely does 2.

Rubbish product, just plain Chinese junk, didn't work from first minute, i have amazon prime but they wanted money for return was very disappointed wouldn't recommend even for free coz this is meant for use when on the go without battery so i guess you dont want to be stuck with a battery pack that doesn't work

Arrived quick as i am traveling and needed urgently. This charger is well made and slim as compare to others in market. look like an other mobile when holding, very convenient to use.
