Anything that Brian Ryder does is a must have for me. Very inspiring.

No trees or houses
Excellent video!!! One problem to me was that all the demonstrations were of similar subjects: waterscapes rather than landscapes.Surely in landscape paintings there ought to be near trees and buildings. Otherwise very good.Terry

Production date
This is a great DVD for it's time. I can't see a production date on the Sales page. It was ten years ago! since which time during the artist has changed if not added to his technique and I believe adapted his approach while his basic palette has changed little. Without doubt its a beginners guide to Landscape painting by a great artist. Also very useful tips even for experienced artists. Personally had I known the DVD was made ten years ago I would not have purchased it as a Download.
