As a music teacher at an elementary school these have been a fantastic find. The courts are very durable and they’re easy to roll up. No issues with sounds so far. The length is amazing.

Ever been to a gig and the next day noted how many cords and cables you have now lost? I have. These cables are wonderfully colored, feel very sturdy and sound great with my PA system. At the end of a gig, they almost jump out at you so much better than the black ones, when you are hurrying to tear down and go. I am a nut, I can hear when my 9 volt batteries are fading. I can hear my modeling amp sag when the air conditioner comes on. These cables produced a great sound with no coloring of the signal or loss of frequencies. See, I told you I am a nut

Very nice cables. Little thinner then i thought they would be, but have used them over a dozen times and no issues and I love the no tangle up mess you get at times when rolling up.

I have purchased a few of these xlr cables already. I haven't had any issues. Definitely recommend it

Quality products, affordable

Works great for my XLR gaming mic. Have no issues. It's more than long enough for what I need, and had plenty of slack to be able to cable-tie it to the mic arm so it's out of the way.

These are the first audio cables I have used, that have a "nylon braided" exterior. Up until now, every audio cable I own, has been a rubber/silicone exterior. The connectors on these cables are very nice. "O-ring" sealed for dirty and moisture, flexible strain reliefs, and an easy, positive action on the female cable release. They attach to other cables and both our camera and sound mixer, without issue. I am bit concerned about the thickness of the outer wall of the male end. It is defiantly thinner compared to other XLR connectors. Although easier to clip into a camera or portable sound mixer, that thinner material may deform if it is struck hard. And I'm thinking here about wrap time - end of the shooting day - where people can get a bit rough taking things apart and down, trying to get out of the location, faster... The "nylon-braided" style of outer cable is a bit of a question for me too. Quick story - I once shot on a pig farm. By far, the worst smell I have ever encountered. It was really bad! The makeup lady would not get out of the trailer! Anyway, after the shoot, I cleaned up my AC cables with mineral spirits - two or three times! The smell was still present, but far reduced. And those were smooth, rubber jacketed cables. I am not sure how well these audio cables would clean up. Not that shooting at a pig farm is something you do everyday, but my question is just, if you had to, how well do these textured cables clean up, over more traditional, smooth surfaced ones...? The cables sit well. You can tuck them along the wall and they will hide well. Put them down on the floor, and they remain very flat, without curls or rising up to trip you. Cheap audio cables can be more of problem that way, and then any low price advantage, disappears. Always go for quality! Bottom Line - These cables are good. I will use them without reservation. How do they "sound"? Well, I detected nothing out of the ordinary when listening with a mic connected at one end, and the camera at the other. With decent "cable", the only issue you might have is with the actual male and female connectors, like loose contacts inside. But I don't see that - or hear that! Again, good cables.

This is a review of the VANDESAIL 2 Pack XLR Cables 10ft XLR to XLR Microphone Cable Nylon Braided. AUDIO QUALITY 1. I am happy to say that both the VANDESAIL XLR Cables deliver good audio quality 2. The cables have not caused any audio artefacts, loss of signal, or anything at all negative in use, which means they perform up to the standards of my other XLR cables BUILD 3. The connectors were easy to plug in to, and remove from, my audio interface - unlike some other XLR cables connectors, which are sometimes a struggle to deal with 4. The cables and connectors seem to be quite hardy, but I cannot speak fully to this as I would have to see how they perform in daily use for several months 5. Part of the online advertising for this pair of VANDESAIL XLR Cables says, “No Rat Bites”, and this is could be a very important factor if recording is taking place in some kind partly unfinished building like a shed, which has less protection from the outside than other, more domestic and/or residential settings NOTE I have found braided cables (like the VANDESAILS) can make a slight noise during recording if one part of the cable rubs against another part of the cable: so, if a vocalist likes to hand-hold the mic. and move during around recording, I would recommend using a non-braided cable Overall, I am happy with these VANDESAIL XLR Cables, and think they are good value for money. I would recommend them to semi-professional musicians, and/or to professional voice over artists.

I’ve been using these VANDESAIL 10ft XLR cables for a couple of weeks now, and overall, I’m pretty satisfied with them.
