Ice Blue Cooling Liquid Gel Insoles

I have tried many off the peg and tailored made insoles over the years to try and get rid of my foot pain but sadly none of them have worked so needless to say I was a bit sceptical at purchasing these insoles. I know there are mixed reviews on these insoles and I can only comment on my own personal experience but I have to say these insoles are the best ever. I am a size 7 but ordered the 7-8 and they fitted perfectly with no trimming required. These insoles are absolutely brilliant. From the first time I put them in I was actually out of pain for the first time in a very long time and I haven’t' taken any further painkillers since, not bad for someone who was previously taking daily painkillers and often the maximum amount. I would have no hesitation in purchasing these insoles again, they are really good value for money and if I could give them six stars I would.

They were comfortable but they also through you off balance because water/gel moves too and you wobble, I used them and had a severe sprain to my ankle when I went over uneven ground, so I binned them.

Bought them to put in trainers for plantur fasciitis but not particularly comfortable. Bought gel heel grips & they were better

Feel strange for first time but you soon get used to it and no foot ache at all def worth getting and in hot places they def help keep feet cool .

These cooling insoles are really handy if you have shoes that don't offer much support or ventilation (keep feet cool). Takes a couple of tries to get used to the feeling of walking on squishy gel but are comfortable enough once worn in.- Miss M

Within 5 minutes of wearing these for the first time my feet were pain free for the first time in months.Recently my workplace changed their regulation footwear and this caused my feet to seriously overheat. After suffering for the last few months, trying various creams and assorted insoles, I came across these and I am so glad I did, they work like a charm, i don't know if it's the cooling effect or the massage effect but the end effect is RELIEF! So impressed I have bought two more pairs.

Love these very comfortable

It’s a very thin insole with very little gel to freeze so it doesn’t last long and’s it’s not very cold. A cheap gimmick that’s not fit for purpose.
