Tried on 5 people and counting, barely made their eyes water.

I tried only a tiny amount and the menthol quickly hit my eyes. The problem was that due to the burning sensation, it was impossible to keep my eyes open. So I was squinting for a good amount of time, until I was able to actually open my eyes. At that point they were red but without any real tears. While red eyes still work somewhat, it is not as useful as the Vaseline method, at least for me. I know that other people use menthol sticks and it works a lot better for them, so this may just be a personal preference.

This is perfect when I used it I started sobbing. The only thing though is that it burns so if you have sensitive skin do not use this.

I was expecting this tear stick to work, but I wasn't expecting it to work this well! The application method is easy, and it stays in place really well without migrating down my face or melting off. Within seconds my face was leaking tears, and my crying looked incredibly realistic (because it was). I would be careful if you have sensitive skin, because this product is very strong.If you need to cry on cue then this is the product for you! I highly recommend!

This pretty effective for this purpose. they induce realistic tears quickly, which is great for your use cases. however, the menthol formula is quite strong and can be a bit harsh on sensitive skin, causing redness and irritation. I'd say use it as less as you can.
