Excellent Vitamins
I have been taking these vitamins for at least 20 years and they are great! I am 80 yrs old, and I feel so good and have so much energy all the time. All of my friends keep asking me how I have so much energy. And they are also made out of food particles, so they are easily absorbed. A lot of vitamins are made out of chemicals and artificial stuff and pass through you without being absorbed.

Best Vitamins
Love this brand and these vitamins. I found this brand YEARS ago for my prenatals. Can I tell a difference when I take them?? Yes! Most brands I’d take because I think taking them is a good idea, but these I can feel a difference if I take them or if I skip. Most days I take one instead of the full recommended. Helps me justify the extra cost to stretch them, but if I felt the need for the whole dose, I’d take it. One seems to work well for me. I recommend them.

Provides energy and more - Highly Recommend
I've been taking this supplement for years. What originally drew me to it was the spirulina and bee pollen and it also contains so many other great nutrients. I was on another vitamin routine from my doctor and stopped taking it for a few months so I could tell what if his protocol was working. I noticed my energy was low. After deciding the new program wasn't working, I went back to my basics and this is one of them and my energy came back and stayed good through the day. Highly recommend.
