How are these different than the bubble ones?

They are very different shapes. These are just metatarsal support. They push up right behind the metatarsal heads to offload pressure and help provide spacing between. The Shoe Bubble insoles have medial, lateral and transverse arch support as well as some metatarsal support (but a lesser amount than the metatarsal pads). The Shoe Bubble insoles drop off before the heel and before the metatarsal heads to offload pressure and redistribute that pressure more evenly across the foot. The two can be combined if needed. Do these help with high arches?

They are comfortable for those with high arches because those with high arches tend to put an increased amount of pressure on the ball of the foot. These metatarsal pads help to offload pressure from the ball of the foot (forefoot). They do not provide arch support. If you are looking for arch support as well, you can combine them with our Soul Insole Shoe Bubble micro-size orthotics. I hope this answers your questions. If they are washable how do they stick again after being washed?

There is a limit to how often they can be washed and still adhere. The person who recommended them to me told me about 20 washes, but I think more like 10 washes. But they are still worth it to me. Good luck 👍

Which size is better for me?

Hi! Our metatarsal pads are one size fits all. If you are intending to ask about the Shoe Bubble Orthotics - These come in 3 sizes: Small, Medium and Large. Let us know what your shoe size is and if the shoes/sandals you intend to use them in have some existing support or if they are pretty flat inside and we can recommend which size would be best for you.
