I didn't get all 6 that light up. Only 1 did. I was afraid that they wouldn't work, but they do. Like the packaging says it might take up to 3 weeks to get rid of ants and it's been less than that. And to my surprise there hasn't been any ants the last week.

I purchased the Campfire Pest Repeller because i was always getting spiders, beetles, ants and other insects in my apartment, which is on the first floor of a building surrounded by woods. My apartment is a one bedroom so I put one in the kitchen facing into the living room and one in the bedroom. It took a couple days but suddenly "No More Bugs". I was so excited to find something safe to use. BUT.....several weeks later I noticed one of my circuit breakers kept shutting off for no reason, sometimes in the middle of the night. At first I thought there was a short in the circuit but then I realized that the box was only a few feet from the unit in the kitchen. As soon as I unplugged it the problem with the circuit stopped. I guess the vibrations were too much, even though I couldn't notice them. I moved it into the living room but it started affecting my cable box, again it would shut off for no reason. I unplugged it and, again, the problem went away. So now I only have one in my bedroom which is better than nothing. So, if you want these for a small space I would advise against it as it can definitely affect the electrical. But they do work great at getting rid of unwanted pests.

I've had them in use for 2 plus weeks and see no improvement. I get an antor two crawling on me regularly in my favorite chair. My wife complains of the same thing while she relaxes in her favorite chair. I have one outside in a covered patio and the rat droppings have even increased right next to it.I did all that the instructions said so I have to say, so far, they are ineffective.

I had been away from home for a month this summer and I was very worried that I would return home to roaches or dead roaches. I installed these with some doubt before I leave. I came back last week and I could not find any roaches or dead roaches inside my house. I guess either I was lucky or this thing really works. Last year I found dead roaches inside my house at least once a week(i have insecticide applied everywhere), and even dead ones gross me out. But after these I haven’t seen any inside my house!

One unit did not work on receipt (loose parts rattled inside the unit). These also make a frequent clicking noise when plugged in so placing them in a bedroom is not feasible. I won’t order again. There are several other brands to choose from that do not have these issues.

Silent I think it works well but i did spray the perimeter of the house with insect repellent before plugging them in! So far I have seen barely any more insects when I would find a spider or 2 almost every day downstairs!

I find this a hit and miss for what I wanted. It definitely takes a few weeks to kick in. I have found unfortunately that it has not helped with my spider and millipedes issue at all and instead they just hang around. It will help with mosquito and moth issues but I ended up having to get demon max and a sprayer to resolve my issues.
