I’m on a keto diet and these gummies help a lot. I love them!

I got to admit, that I was very skeptical about this product (as the old saying goes, if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is). But, I took my first 2 two gummies before dinner this evening. And, as I stated in the title, I'm 100% Loving it!Leading a sedate lifestyle as I do, maintaining my weight is difficult (and around the holidays, it's impossible). Then, finding a diet aid that actually works (especially, one without chemicals), is a monumental task.Despite having my regular meals today, and preparing my usual Sunday dinner, I ate only half of it! And, have 0 cravings for dessert (typically part of Sunday's dinner, including in a sugar-free cookies, or ice cream; total shock).Fingers crossed that it continues to work this great!

My wife wanted to help with weight loss and say this advertised by a personality on TV. I felt certain these would not work but she insisted so we got them. Absolutely did NOT work and this kind of product is a scam. My wife eventually agreed. I strongly recommend staying clear of products like this. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Sometimes there are more red or more green but should be one of each. Good taste but not evenly distributed like directions tell you to take them.

Good product with great results. The shipping is always great.

Waste of money. Did nothing for me but give a bitter taste. I will continue using them because I can’t return for a refund. I will not ever purchase again.
