Good stuff nice welds
Best add on for the manual tire changer. I have the newest black one from Harbor freight. Makes less work for sure.

Great addition to the manual tire changer
I used this with the Pittsburgh Manual tire changer I purchased at HF. It fit great with this unit. I changed out the other two tires on a Honda fit sport and this made the job way easier and protects the rims way better than using only the tire bar that came with the original tire changer. I think this set up will pay for itself in no time. I’ve used the manual tire changer and the manual tire balancer now on changing out two sets of tires ( 08 Honda fit and 2022 subaru Impreza). I also needed to remove the tires to replace the tpms sensors in the 08 Fit. This addition to the setup made it way, way easier. I also think it is well made. Welds all looked great, well painted and I had no issues at all with using the product. I will update if something comes up. I would definitely watch a few videos on how to use this. Without the videos I would have probably used incorrectly. I also purchased a tire lube (Murphys) that has worked great. I did purchase the cone to center the tire, some of these are sold with it or you’ll see them in the diy videos).

Not perfect, but it makes doing my own trailer tires and other tires much easier.
Some mods need to be done, but all in all it adds functionality to HFT (yes its compatible with HFT tire changer) tire changer. Use soapy water, and the plastic duck head will last much longer. Buy some small tire spoons. The 10$ ones will work just fine.

Good for the money
For the price i can't complain, if any of the welds don't hold up when I use it I'll just reweld them. And for the ones complaining about the adjustment screw knobs not being able to make a full turn, don't know about theirs but mine came with spring loaded knows, so work like a ratchet.

Must have to change tires
Just like all the videos show, this thing makes removing and mounting a tire a breeze. There is a learning curve, and you need to make sure you have the duckbill on the correct side. There is no such thing as too much tire lubricant.Remember to always go counter clockwise and you can't go wrong

Two stars for construction, four stars for function
The mount that connects the pivot arm to the duckhead arm has weak welds & poorly placed tension screws. The ad picture shows the tensions screws 90 degrees from one another, but it doesn’t come that way, it shows up with them 180 from each other. What happens is when you go to remove the tires, all the pressure is on the pivot bar tension nut and the weld breaks. The welds on this are poor, you will find the same said in other reviews. They are small tack welds with no penetration in the metal, so they can’t withstand the strain and break. What you will have to do is remove the nut, drill a hole 90 degrees from the other & weld it in. If you don’t have ability to do that, then this probably won’t work for you. As for function, it works generally as described. I have a harbor freight machine and this fit it without issue. If you have ever done tires before with a proper rim clamp machine, this isn’t too far off from that. It will just require much more effort & messing with the tires to get it on & off, but it works.

Works well
As others have commented, it takes a couple tires to get the hang of it but definitely better than just using the base tire changer. I got this one because other had commented that it fit the Harbor Freight changer and it does, some of the others the ID of the tube will not fit over the body of the HF model. Pretty sturdy, not sure how others are breaking the welds, you don't need to reef these down very much. Only issue I have is the OD of the centering plug, I'm doing 18" wheels from my F-150 and the 3" OD is too small, 4" would be great and cover pretty much everything. All in all, pretty happy with it so far.
