Great Taste
It melts smoothly and has a good flavor. I didn't like the price or that I had to wait so long to receive it, but was glad to get it, since the grocery stores had none, for months, after Christmas.

Better than most coatings.
I used this to coat truffles. I've tried several brands. This one maintained a good consistency and did not get lumpy like some other brands do. The chocolate flavor is more noticeable than some brands. (I dislike the brands that just taste like sugar.)

The price was not what thought it should be.I need to order more now.
