Good Concept but...
I bought it for my personal use as i work long hours before computer and thought this pinnacle device could end my eye strain combining relaxing head/temple/neck message.+The Concept is good, connectivity with phone via app takes out requirement to have hand held remote which accompanies many such similar product in the market. different settings on the phone to control pressure points, temperature, music via card, are strengths of this device-item is bulky and heavy on head, my neck strained after 10 mins of session.

Uncomfortable on the scalp
I liked the facial massage but the top of the head was very uncomfortable. It felt like needles sticking in my scalp which detracted from the enjoyment of the massage. Needs some redesigning. I didn't find it too difficult to set up but to be honest I don't think it was value for money. So basically I wouldn't waste time ordering this as it really isn't that effective. I ended up with a sore scalp and very little feeling of calm and comfort. Don't bother.

Nice
The media could not be loaded. I used to have pain in my neck. I bought this product by my friend. It is easy to use, safe, comfortable, and good in quality and feel. worth having.

Ouch
This is cool but it really hurt the top of my head had to put something to cushion it as it was just to hard and spikey and really hurt. Other than that it's good

A few issues but very effective.
I compared the specification with cheaper versions, typically 1/3rd the price. I eventually took the plunge with this as the main feature appeared better implemented and it had a safety mark (something important to me with lithium batteries close to your head and heater elements above your eyes!). I don't regret the choice. It does four things, three of which I find pretty useless while the forth is excellent. It's because I slightly resent paying for 3 of the 4 features that I've reduced it to 4 stars.I'll start with what I find less useful. It has a scalp/head massager. I find this hurts after a few seconds - possibly because my hair is thinning but I'm really not convinced - I switch this off every time now.It has a heated pad which warms the eyes. I don't really need this and I find it causes sweat to form. I switch this off as well.It has music. Even if you initially like the tune, it soon gets irritating so I switch this off as well! There is (apparently) an option to send music from your phone, either through the device's speakers or using an earphone (supplied) that connects to the device - why not just put the earphones into your phone? Finally the instructions are terrible! (but what's new?).Now what it does well - it has a number of pressure points inflated by air from an internal motor (it cycles each set on and off semi-randomly). The intensity of each of three groups of pressure points can be set (from a phone but read on...). This mode is VERY relaxing and has soothed away a couple of bad, stressy headaches. I suppose it's similar to a human hand massage but certainly not the same. It's neither better or worse though and a brilliant way to de-stress.The unit has a control button which has two settings, neither of which I like as I find them harsh or even painful. In order to control it properly, you need to download the App. The first few days I used the App, it didn't work properly (you had to work out and remember a particular order for the settings or it reverted to default) and I almost sent it back. Then on the next occasion it worked fine and has done since; maybe my phone updated but I don't remember doing it. Although the App control means the unit is entirely portable with no wires, it's difficult to see your phone's display with the unit on your head (especially if you wear glasses, which you can't while using it) so you can't set it by how it feels but have to guess, try it, and if not right, take it off and try again. I have now noted the settings I like and use them all the time.At one point (when new) the battery wouldn't charge (and I've seen a review likewise). The solution is to run the unit fully down - it will then accept a charge. Since doing that once, it works fine. If left unused for a time, you may need to run it down again before charging as the charge level appears to be calculated rather than measured.Like another reviewer, I did find it reacted with my sinuses the first few uses. I believe the other reviewer found this a positive. I didn't find it either good or bad but have noted it here in case it's a plus or minus point with the reader. In summary, it's very therapeutic when you have a stressy headache (although not nearly as nice when you haven't, so wait until you have one before deciding if you like it). My recommended settings are to switch everything off except the pneumatic massage. On the App there are three bars (on the massage bit) - I set the top on full (right), the centre one on low / medium and the bottom one on low (but not fully off).

No, no, no
I had high hopes. But this device is too heavy and the massage is just not good enough. I would not have kept it for 30 pounds and certainly not 300.

Excellent
Yes Yes Yes. Initially was reluctant wondered if the unit would be too heavy and cause more discomfort. Not the case. This head unit uses air compression over the maxillary and frontal sinus area, temples and occiput. Added bonus is the heat.Very relaxing. Especially after a long day at work. There is a built in speaker and music, however I think it would be a nice touch to be able to add own music or stream from mobile to the unit. The app syncs perfectly with the device and the different options including increasing strength can all be operated using the device. The goggles are see through albeit with a brown. If your unsure and think this is a gimmick it really is not. Try it, thank me later
