I was trying to buy much more expensive memory foam wedges but the order (from a different supplier) fell through, so I went for these as a quick cheap and easy option. They're brilliant with a couple of pillows on top (I gather some people find them too hard; on their own I expect they probably are). They were a third of the price of the memory foam, and are just what we needed in place of a headboard. Used upright they're great for eating, reading or doing puzzles in bed. Laid flatter they're ideal for reading and nodding off at night. We sleep on them all the time now, perhaps because we've both got colds and they help us breathe more easily, but with two pillows each we're really comfortable; in fact we feel like royalty and have taken to having breakfast in bed because it's so nice in there!

It does exactly what it says, don't like it to keep it in bed while I'm asleep but really comfortable to watch TV, work on laptop.. I even use it on the sofa in my leaving room and it add more comfort. Only downside I could find is the cover which does feel a bit rough.

Have only given this two stars as they haven't worked for us. My husband has to sleep partly sitting and thought this might help, but we both slipped down when sleeping and were nearly flat. Wontg be using them for us, but will see another family member can use them just for reading?

Agree with other reviews this item is firm but using it with pillows is ideal and certainly helps if you have breathing problems and unlike metal backrests it does not hit the headboard and make a noise ( if you have a metal headboard like me). Would definitely recommend even without health problems it is ideal if you read or watch TV in bed and it does not go flat like some pillows do.

Find it comfortable and user friendly. It suits perfect for book reading or using your computer. Give it four stars since it could have been more easily to clean the folder.
