I thought these were super cute and would be great summer shoes, the bonus was that they didn't break the bank! However, I have awkward feet, a little on the wider side, and so sometimes it is really hard for me to find a pair of shoes that fit well and are comfortable. These shoes were a little more on the narrow side which caused an issue as soon as I put them on. I thought wearing them for a while would maybe break them in as this usually cures a lot of my shoe woes. But after wearing them for just a couple hours around my house, my feet were aching like I had been standing all day. They have almost no padding and no support. I was going to give them to a family member but my dog ended up eating them before I got the chance. I wasn't even really sad about it.

I think these shoes deserve a more on-point review! I am an 8.5 size, and ordered 9, which works well!Positive: I really like them! They feel comfy, definitely don't seem like they'd cause any blisters, the material is soft, and should be perfect for casual days with lots of walking! I also love the flower pattern, and think they are way cooler than the standard boat shoes!Discourse on size: Someone said size 9 fits a size 7 foot. Ok, this is definitely inaccurate. Size 9 is a tad bit big on me, which is exactly what a regular size 9 is like on my feet! I prefer comfy size 9 to snug size 8, since I got these for A LOT of walking. I am really glad I didn't go with anything larger from reading the reviews. The other thing is, I ordered the Black|Rose color, which seems to be made of softer material, which could be the reason for any sizing discrepancy in reviews. Also, they definitely look just a teeny tiny bit too wide! I wish they were more snug in width! I would almost bet they would be closer to a 9W than a regular 9.Again, very pleased with how they fit, especially since I couldn't try them on, and everyone was mixed up on sizing!

I bought these shoes just for around the house. I don't want to wear my "good" shoes outside to do yard work. And I didn't want to spend a lot of money on shoes that were just going to get messed up. These were exactly what I needed. I was hesitant on which size to order because many of the reviews state they run really small. I normally wear a 6.5 and have an average width foot. I decided to chance it and ordered the 6.5, and I am so glad I didn't go any bigger. These shoes fit more like a 7 maybe even 7.5. They are a little big width wise as well I honestly think I could have ordered a smaller size for a perfect fit. but for around the house/in the yard they are fine.

I loved the design of these shoes, but they were uncomfortable to wear for too long. I normally wear a 9 1/2 in shoes and ordered the 10. They were still too short, but the width felt fine. My toes were right up against the material, no room at all. Also, the red shoes bleed onto your socks. I can't speak for the other colors, but my socks were red when I took my shoes off.If your feet are my size, don't get these shoes unless you are going somewhere where you can remove your shoes for periods of time or you don't have to walk far. If you have small feet, size at least a full size up, if not more.

The shoes were too loose for me. Would be perfect for a wide foot. There was not enough lift in the heel portion so it felt as though my heels were dropped and the front of my foot slightly elevated. No arch support.The shoe itself is beautiful and sturdy.

I bought these for a vacation to New York and I did do quite a bit of walking and these were incredibly comfortable. The laces do adjust the shoe to fit around your foot nice and snug. I put them through the wash on gentle and air dried them and they held up very well. Good shoes for the value. Very pleased.

While I like the way that the Keds boating shoe looks much better - I can definitely tell the difference if you have them side by side, these are a much less expensive alternative while still being cute and comfortable. I wear 7.5 and ordered an 8 and they fit perfectly. I think Keds would definitely stand the test of time though over these.

I am always scared to order shoes online without first trying on so I ordered a half size up. I could have gone with my regular size 6. The shoes have a lace that can let them out or tighten them up. I have wide feet and the shoes fit me great. Super comfortable and got so many compliments! I am ordering other colors :)
