I learned about super minerals on Jonathon Ottos Depression and Anxiety web series, with Dr. John Gray being interviewed and sharing information about these minerals and how they work with the brain. I decided to give these capsules a try. I am now on my third bottle and I can say I do truly feel healthier and my mood is more stable. I have suffered from depression and intense mood changes for all of my life and definitely feel more leveled. I also notice my hair and nails are growing healthy and fast, whereas in the past i always had brittle soft nails and my hair would never grow. So far so good I will keep doing research to make sure this is right for me. It's been a week and already has transformed our household. I bought it for my boyfriend and his son. I'm going to also try the female version for my daughter and step daughter.
