I absolutely love this doll so much, It was definitely worth the few delays. I can’t wait for the rest of what I ordered in this collection to get here. 🤍I definitely recommend these dolls if you’re both a Doll Collector and Royale High player, These dolls fit perfectly into my collection.I’d say these dolls are definitely priced fairly, and the quality is amazing as well. The paint job looks incredible, these colors are amazing. And probs to whoever decided on the hair as it’s soo soft to touch. I’m so very happy with my purchase!!(October 3rd edit)Today I received my Mermia and Avrilla dolls, I’m very satisfied with this purchase. The dolls are great quality and they’re super cute, I love them, but- I had some issues with the codes. The Mermia code with pretty hard to read as the code was printed terribly, it almost completely came off. But I did manage to get the code figured out and redeemed. But as for the Avrilla doll… Her code completely came off while I was trying to scratch it, mind you, I very carefully scratch these codes as I know they can easily mess up. But I’ve never experienced this exact thing before. I’m currently in contact with Roblox and trying to get a new code. I’ve spent a lot of money on these dolls so therefore I’d like to be able to have their codes working. I’d definitely suggest being careful with the codes, everything else had no problems at all.

I was a Bit skeptical at first by the packaging and how the code looked but it was all fine, the code worked amazingly and the doll is beautiful:

I’m super sad right now when I first bought the doll the code was flexible?? It wasn’t cardboard like the others and I didn’t think much of it and scratched it but everything came off there was no code. I thought maybe I scratched it too hard so I bought it again and it still gave me the same plastic code and now I’m scared to scratch it.

I love this doll already! I bought it for my sister because she was asking me for it 😊. The doll came in great condition and the code worked perfectly fine too! She loves the doll, and I am so happy with this purchase. 10/10 recommend.

She wanted this for the game code inside it. She's collecting the dolls and has been playing that game for years.In game they cost a fortune but this is much cheaper and has the doll.The code does work. She's gotten 2 of them.

Absolutely love this doll she is so adorable!! Came in perfect condition. I bought the doll on sale and by the mixed reviews I was a little concerned about the code but didn’t have any problems with it. The only problem I had was the delivery person messing up my package by giving me someone else’s package. After about an hour they later came back and gave me my package and apologized for the inconvenience but other than that I’m absolutely satisfied with the product!! 🫶🏻

I ordered for my daughters birthday a few months ago when it was still full price. The doll was beautiful and my daughter was happy to add it to her collection, but the primary reason for purchase was the code, which wasn't included. The card came blank and looked different/had a different msg than the usual ones. Not just like it had been scratched off already, just like a fake one. I tried to return, but due to my own fault/ hectic schedule, I missed the deadline so that part was on me. I am going to try to purchase again for the code, and hopefully will be successful this time and update my review. Sadly this is not the first time this has happened with one of these toys and I now have a few duplicates with nothing to do but possibly donate them as most people purchase for the code, and I'm in this position because people take the code and return them. I wish jazzwares would be more helpful with problematic issues like this. We had the same happen after a store purchases of the bus, and jazzwares wasn't helpful. They provided a "one time courtesy" new code, but when that didnt work either for some reason, they and roblox just passed the blame to eachother and we had to purchase 2 new ones a second was stolen and returned, and no one would "help" again.
