Works but difficult to move
The hinges on this thing are extremely tough to move- it's a two-handed-job for sure, which is dangerous while driving. That being said, it's easy to just fiddle with it once and not touch it again until you need to switch it to night mode. I wish it were easier to move but that's my only complaint. We haven't tried the yellow night mode lens out yet.

Excellent
Works great, just what I require for my vision driving

Not actually polarized
The media could not be loaded. I have polarized glasses. The downside to them is that viewing other items that are polarized, you gotta hold your head in a specific way so it doesn't black out. There's no such effect with this. Haven't had a chance to use it in my vehicle but I mostly bought it for night driving anyway

I hate it!
This visor is a royal pain in the rear! I was able to easily install it but using it is a totally different thing. The two different visor screens don't work well together. If I want only one of them it won't work properly. I finally removed the yellow visor (I had to break it off) and the sun visor works better but still not very well. I do like that the visor can be slid from side to side to cover the sunlight from a different direction quickly. I am still looking for an acceptable visor but this is NOT it.

Works great but doesn't fit all vehicles
Pretty cool contraption. It didn't fit the vehicle it was intended for, even though it' supposed to be universal, but it did fit my other vehicle. It does help a lot with the sun and nighttime vision, glare form all the bright lights, so it does work and it's easy to put on.

Great Coverage and Adjustable for Day & Night Use
I love how the Sun Visor Extender provides excellent coverage and easily slides to adjust for my vision needs. During the day, it works just like sunglasses, blocking out harsh sunlight, while at night, it significantly reduces glare from headlights and streetlights. It's easy to install and fits universally for cars, SUVs, and trucks. This two-in-one visor is a great addition for safer, more comfortable driving in both day and night conditions.

Great idea, okay implementation
I first got the idea of even looking for something like this from the cockpit of an airliner where a high quality, tinted visor cuts down on glare through the windshield. This unit comes preassembled and is easy to install. Just press a button, slide out the clip, align with the visor and slide the clip back in. Remove the protective plastic wrap from each visor and you're done.I could easily use just the yellow lens by flipping the gray lens toward the windshield and the yellow lens down, or just the gray lens by flipping the yellow lens up and the gray lens down. The problem is that the optical quality of the lenses is not as good as it could be. There is no anti-reflective coating on the driver side so any highlights from the back window or even a bright shirt can be seen in the lens. It's not horrible but can be slightly distracting, potentially negating the safety advantage provided by the lens in the first place. Also, the optical clarity is okay but not great. There is some slight distortion through the lens. Again, not horrible but up to the standards you find in the cockpit. Why not just wear sunglasses? You could and it would provide all of the same advantage, at least for daytime use. If you are like me and wear glasses, don't like carrying a second pair of prescription sunglasses, don't wear contact lenses, and don't like the auto darkening lenses, then this would be a great solution. Granted, addressing the above mentioned problems would add significantly to the cost of this product but I would gladly pay more for the added quality and functionality. This may or may not see long term duty in my vehicle.

I thought was going to be cumbersome assemblying
It wss already assembled. Just follow dimple instructiobs to attach. I figured yhis one out without reading the instructions. Remove the plastic cling wrap, and you get visors you can flip away for what you dont need and down for what you do need. However, they were Not clear as gem quality jewels. They did have a vety slight opaqueness, although enoigh that my eyes mostly adjusted to but still somewhat noticeable. The shields can be slid dome left or right. If better quality exists such as the same quality you'd expect in sports glasses, then I'd skip this one and go for the best quality.
