Lifemax SAD therapy light
This is a compact unit, so eg sits easily on the arm of an armchair. The light seems to be quite powerful for the size, and it does not get too hot to touch. I have not used it enough to get a real feel for its use for SAD, but I think I have felt a bit less stressed since I got it.

As far as a cure for SAD that's impossible to say as too many factors involved ...

Product seems to be as good as it claims, but it is far too early to say if it does the job that it is meant to do, so watch this space there may be more to come,!!
