Perfect for XLR handle.
Perfect for my rig. I am able to mount my monitor on the XLR handle and gives me enough room for my hand because of the extension. A bit expensive but worth it.

The simple cost efficient option
A very cost efficient way to add functionality to Sony H1-XLR handle : it extends the handle's length by a useful 20-30mm, but most importantly provides a simple & robust cold shoe mount for upfront placement of a monitor. I experienced none of the screw misalignment issues cited by other UK users. FYI - I have added an additional triple cold shoe mount to the rear end of the handle to extend its length (& functionality) by another 30-40mm.

This doesn't fit the fx3 sony camera
This did not fit my fx3 dont waste your time i dont know if they never packed the correct screws because none of them fitted and the holes didn't line up im going to try a different brand I read other reviews who said theirs fitted but they seem to be only in the United States so im returning mine its a shame its a nice design.

Wrong allen key
The product itself seems good but I received an allen key that was the wrong size, so I can’t fully tighten the bolts down. I got an 3mm key but the screws seem to be 1/8” so the allen key just spins. It doesn’t really matter but it’s weird to not know what size you’re using as a company.

The cold shoe on top is especially helpful. Plus the extra screw holes and extra length and stability really help turn the xlr handle into something useful. Monitors, external batteries etc can all be attached.
