I’ve had some knee pain while bowling especially during tournaments when I have to bowl more games than I’m used to. The instructions are easy to follow. It’s very easy to put on, great price, lots of colors to choose from. This has helped to greatly reduce the pain in my knee.

These are easy to position and provide comfort for hours. The adhesive does not leave any residue on my skin and lasts MANY hours so it does not roll or lift while wearing the tape!

This is a decent wrap there's some pros and cons to it.Pro: the design is great and the way that it's laid out makes it very easy to use and self apply. The price is also good and you get a fair amount of them.Con: it's a very lightweight tape so if you have a need for more stability it doesn't work as well as KT tape.So if you just have a minor injury or your knee is sore this will work great or you only want to have it on for a day or two.If you need more support spend the extra money and get KT tape.

Despite this product being pre-cut and easy to apply, the bad outweighs the good for this product. The instructions are broken English and don't make much sense. Thank goodness for illustrations. I did get this wet with both a shower and sweat and it stayed on for more than 24 hours but when it came time to remove it, that's when the problems started appearing. Most of the edges were frayed and it was difficult to pull up. Once I started to remove it, small bits of the adhesive and fabric from the tape stayed on my skin. You can see the level of irritation on my skin (I was pulling as slowly as possible) even after a shower. I had to scrub (firmly!) the remainder of the adhesive off. This has not been my experience with the KT Tape brand. I'll be returning the remainder of this tape despite its ease of use and pre-cut shape.

I recently walked the Camino in Spain, and these pre-cut tapes were absolutely lifesaving for my knees! I didn't have much space or weight for much, but I loved having these and I used them religiously. They worked amazingly well at giving me the support I need to keep walking with minimal pain. The cut and design are perfect.

My wife was told to get this “type” of tape for an injury to her knee. She had a partial ACL tear. This tape gave her the support and was durable as well. Her physical therapy definitely thought it was great.

First time purchasing Pre-Cut tape. I've used athletic tape before for my knees and shoulders so I was looking forward to using this product. I like the elasticity but I don't know if it's the brand or the adhesive they use but it's not good at all. The adhesive is not as sticky as it should be. The images attached to this review is from the first time I tried them. Yhe sides didn't stick and came off fairly quickly. When I tried putting it back on my knee it would stick. I didn't walk or anything I tried placing it firmly on my knee and skin but again the adhesive is gone. I used tape that lasts weeks in and out the shower, running and doing all sorts of activities. From the horrible delivery service (I had to re-order these due to negligence from the 1st delivery driver) to getting this I would say, purchase at your own risk.

It's tricky to get on, but very comfortable. Unfortunately, it is hard to remove after the recommended five days of wear. It left me with a rash in a couple of place.
