Pet MasterMind Claw Withdraw Cat Scratch Deterrent Spray

I’ve been using this for a while and it works so well. My cat no longer scratches my furniture, and I’m honestly impressed. What I love most is the scent, it smells like essential oils, which I actually love. It’s not overpowering or chemical-like at all. It feels like I’m using something natural and safe in my home. Highly recommend if your cat needs a little redirection!

I always read reviews to pick out similar products. I chose this product because of the description and reviews! I only gave it one star because overall it just wasn't worth my money and the scent bothered me. My cat likes to scratch a lot of things. I JUST bought this little shelf organizer and he started to tear it apart. He is pretty well trained but I already had to turn around these drawers because he destroyed the front!! So I turned to find a cat spray to prevent him from ruining the whole thing. I used it as directed, at least 3 times a day, for a week. and he still pulled it apart. I kept using it to see if maybe it would help. He doesn't like anything that sprays, but clearly the scent didn't drive him away. Unfortunately, these size fabric drawers are not available anywhere so I had to order an all-wood cube organizer. Also, I really did not enjoy the scent of the spray. It honestly smells like bug spray and gives me nostalgia. But who knows! I'll keep trying until I find one.

A little pricey, but promising. Interested to see if it works long term. I have a scratcher that only likes furniture. She has toys and posts and now an electric trimmer. She only likes my couches. The plastic works fine, but I don't love the look, so I'm excited to see if this spray will help break the rest of the furniture scratching so we can do away with plastic. The other reviews are promising, so fingers crossed the spray works and prevents long term. Short term she has greatly reduced the scratching where the spray is used.

A little disappointed that it didn't work as described. My cat still scratches my chair. Though it didn't work for my cat, I kind of like the slight ginger smell it left on the furniture after you spray it so I still gave this a 3 star.***I reread the product description and noticed that I have not tried a scratch post with the spray as suggested. I will update this review once I have more result.***

This stuff does NOT smell great, lol, but the original smell only lasts for around 12 hours. After that, apparently only the cat can smell it cause she is no longer clawing up my velour bedframe 🙌🎉😊

I have been going through a long and seemingly endless process of moving which has been very stressful for my 4 cats. One has responded with treating the bathtub as his own personal litter box and it has been driving me up a wall that I cannot get him to stop doing this, but I know it's because of the stress from all of the changes to his environment and also because I've not been around as much, however I was hoping that this product would help deter this behavior. Unfortunately it has absolutely no effect.There was one day where I cleaned up the tub right I got home and sprayed this all over the tub afterwards and even in the sink (just in case he was deterred from the tub and decided to swap his target to the sink), and all of 20 minutes later he had gone to the bathroom in the tub again, so it definitely had no effect on him. I also tried spraying this on shoes in my closet that one of my kittens seems to be obsessed with chewing on, and it also didn't work to deter him either.I don't blame the product for necessarily being ineffective, I think this is more so just a product that doesn't specifically work for my cats. I've also tried peppermint and lavender essential oils, which I've read are more natural and effective deterrents for cats, and those also don't work once the scent begins to fade. I've only noticed my cats being irritated by any scent-based deterrents for the first several seconds to up to the first minute after I've administered them, once the smell has settled in though, they no longer notice it and have no issue going right back to their bad habits and stress-related behavioral issues.

Ever since I sprayed this my cat hasn’t scratched the couches. My cat hates the smell and wont even get near the couch which is amazing. It smells good to me but terrible to him. Perfect!

Didn't work for me at all.Domino, however, gives it a 5 paw review. He loves the new scent I’ve added to his couch. A little something special when he’s napping or scratching the back.
