Works Great, Good for Cramps
Great stuff. I sweat a lot during exercise and have suffered for a few years from cramps in a few very, very specific muscles when I exceed an hour of exercise. Plain old salt and many years of diet modifications have never really fixed the issue. I haven't had a muscle cramp since I started using this. It tastes fine, salty obviously but the sourness offsets it well enough. Haven't had any clumping issues like other people say. I usually slam one right before the gym, maybe another intra-session if its long. I picked this one specifically for its higher salt content, which was hard to find in other mixes.

Good Sodium and tastes great
These electrolyte sachets from pure sport are designed to ensure hydration during exercise. As someone who definitely doesn't hydrate as I should and pays for it with foot cramps in the gym I was pleased to say these do help reduce that if taken a little while before a gym session. The product comes boxed with 30 individual sachets, which is ideal. You can throw a handful in your gym bag and have before a workout. They're easy to open and made of a paper type material, pour the powder into a protein shaker and they dissolve almost immediately, guzzle then you're good to go.I tried the citrus salt flavour and there's a definitely a citrus kick without tasting overpowering or overly synthetic. These are simply electrolytes without a bunch of extra vitamins and minerals. Below is a comparison between this product and a similar product by Bulk in brackets.Sodium 1000mg (324mg)Potassium 250mg (300mg)Magnesium 100mg (112mg)Calcium 50mg (112mg)So the Puresport has approx 3x the sodium, but lower potassium, magnesium and calcium. In terms of price Puresport works out at £33 for 30 so ~£1.10 a serving and Bulk is £1.49 per sachet/serving so quite a bit more expensive per serving for Bulk.

Puresport Ultra Electrolytes powder
The Puresport Ultra Electrolytes powder is a well-formulated, high-strength electrolyte mix, designed to support hydration during physical activity and heat exposure. Each sachet contains a balanced combination of sodium (1000mg), potassium (250mg), magnesium (100mg), and calcium (50mg), ideal for replacing electrolytes lost through heavy sweating. It’s also Informed Sport certified, so it’s batch-tested and trusted by athletes. There are 30 sachets included. The powder mixes well with 500ml of water and further water can be added to reduce the strength of the salty taste. The citrus flavour is sharp and salty, similar to a strong sherbet lemon sweet. While it’s not overly sweet and has no sugar, the flavour is bold, which I personally find refreshing during and after exercise, though it may not be to everyone’s taste.I’ve used this product for mountain biking and general exercise, particularly before a jog or after long days outdoors. It’s effective at reducing fatigue, preventing cramp, and maintaining hydration, especially when I’ve been sweating a lot. The sachets are compact and convenient for travel or your gym bag. The directions recommend 1–2 sachets per day, depending on intensity and sweat loss.Overall, this is a well-made, no-nonsense electrolyte drink with a functional flavour profile and clean ingredients. If you're looking for a strong, effective hydration support, without added sugar, this is a great choice. I hope that you found my review helpful. Thank you!

Good for post-workout
I’ve been using these sachets after my longer runs. The powder dissolves easily in my water bottle with just a few shakes, and there’s no gritty residue left at the bottom. The citrus flavour is quite pleasant and not too sweet or artificial, which makes it easy to drink when I’m thirsty. I have noticed that I feel better hydrated in the hours after a tough workout when I use this, and my muscles don't feel quite as fatigued the next day. The individual sachets are very convenient; I can just throw one in my gym bag without carrying a whole tub around. It’s a straightforward way to replace what’s lost through sweat during intense exercise. It seems to be a quality product that helps with recovery and hydration.

Damp & sticky
Product itself is fine I think. Although there was no obvious water damage to the box, the sachet is somewhat porous and moisture has gotten in. The contents have clumped together so I have to scrape it out

Way better than I was expecting they taste so good!
I'm usually a very dehydrated person I'm constantly forgetting to drink so I thought id try these to see if they'd help me to rehydrate especially seeing as its been so hot recently so ive been sweating a lot, to my surprise they really do help and make me feel so much better after getting woozy from exerting myself. I've had electrolyte powders before and they've tasted putrid but the taste of these are actually delicious and I can see it tasting even better when it's chilled or with some ice. I saw a few reviews saying they were solidified upon opening or out of date but I can confirm mine were totally fine and in date. The individual sachets are so helpful as well when youre out and about. I would happily reccomend these to anyone looking for proper rehydration after exercise or exerting themselves!

Handy and effective, but too pricey for regular use
These sachets have everything you need to stay hydrated during endurance sports. For me, that’s cycling, and I like to pop one in my bottle before a ride. I’ve also taken a few with me on longer rides for refilling bottles, and they’re super handy for that. The taste is... interesting. It reminds me of a salty lemon sherbet or maybe a tequila shot with lemon and salt, just without the tequila hah. They’re definitely convenient and well thought out, especially if you want something easy to travel with or keep in your gym bag. That said, the price is hard to ignore. At over £1 per serving, it’s steep...especially when there are plenty of alternatives with the same ingredients and ratios at a fraction of the cost.If convenience is key, they’re great. But for day-to-day use at home, there are better value options out there.
