However I found chimney is little noisy between 4 to 9 speed

Excellent customer service and made continuous followup till installation work done and the service agent (G.Ramachandra rao ) explained very well after installation and with utmost patience he made installation without any issues left. Coming to the product, user interface and touch, hand gestures are too good and most important thing to notice is that it doesn't need manual cleaning, the outlook, body or the mechanism is really admiring. Being a vintage customer of amazon it was Worst experience, box was unsealed, when asked, delivery boy says he doesn't know, after installation lights were not working, when raised concern local service centre people says lights amount has to pay even though it's in warranty, later after 15 days service boy came with new lights, it won't work, boy says it's mother board problem and order has to place again and another week it takes time, for new one so many problems, is it defective product or amazon is dealing with defective product
