I am absolute happy with my choice and the easy instructions that came with the govitalis posture corrector. Since using it I am much more aware of my posture and can say that it definitely works for me. There are so many times a day when I can use it, for example at work, or while commuting, watching TV, etc. A free stretch band and exercise pamphlet is included which I found very helpful. I am doing some of the recommended back exercises (which is optional of course). They are quick and easy to do, so I just included them in my daily routine. I love the carry case that came with it. The posture trainer straps (I wear them over my clothes and sometimes under them) are comfortable as they are generously padded. When working on the computer I have noticed a much better posture and even got nice comments from family members about it.

Most comfortable posture brace that I have used to tackle my back pain. Far superior to the ones that are very slim or the large ones that wrap around your waist. I am using it on top of my undergarment as I found this most comfortable and then put a dress shirt on for work. It is pretty unobtrusive. You mainly feel it when your shoulders start to slump which is what you want so you get accustomed to straightening your back. Also used it on top of my shirt while exercising, the seams are reflective which is a nice feature when going for walks at night. I felt the difference in my posture from the moment I put it on and look forward to experiencing the long-term effects. The material seems durable and feels very breathable. The instructions for wearing the posture brace are clear too but putting it on and adjusting the straps is straightforward anyhow. Very pleased with this purchase!

This posture corrector by GoVitalis is great. It does exactly what it is supposed to: straighten my back and improve my posture. It exceeded my expectations and I wished I had bought this sooner. I can feel that it strengthens my back muscles and helps me achieve a healthier posture. This is a high-quality product designed in Germany. Velcro and metal buckles appear long-lasting, the seams are well done and the padding is soft. I can easily adjust the posture corrector for a stronger or more relaxed fit and am gradually increasing the wearing times as I am "training" my back. I have also started using the bonus resistance band and some of the exercises in the training manual which are enjoyable. All this I feel has already improved my productivity at work because I can sit more comfortably for a prolonged period of time using my computer. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to do something good for their backs and overall health.

Not worth the money. Terrible

It’s not the most comfortable thing to wear but I think that is the point. I have bad posture so maybe that is why I’m uncomfortable. I need to look up when Its best I’m able to wear it so that I can wear it more. I like the thought of this invention and I like that my husband and I can both use it. Because it is Velcro it’s adjustable to our sizes. My bust is about 38 inches.

What a relief!! I am so happy a friend recommended this posture corrector to me. Apparently goVitalis is a German brand and you can see this in the quality of the product. As I work mainly in front of a computer I have developed a pretty strong back pain over time, probably from a bad posture. After wearing this for a while each day I really feel so much better. Just straighter in a way, and much more relaxed in my neck. The relief in my back and neck was pretty much instant. I love the carry case too, and found the instructions clear and simple follow. I have recommended this product to my friends and colleagues.

Way too difficult to put on. Very tight

I gave this product a four because it is good but not what I was needing. I need for spine problems and thought this would help but doesn't fit the way I needed it to. It would work for what it is described for probably but I wanted one different. I still use it but modified it to wrap around shoulders then end pieces to attach to waist not back around shoulders- attaching it to my lower back brace. This makes it pull back more for me.
