I have to say after wearing these patches for a about a week I think they have increased my energy level!! I put one on when I get up and wear it until I get ready for bed and I'm starting to not feel sleepy all the time like I usually do. I will be reordering and I will keep you all posted!! It's so hard to find something that actually works these days and the price is for them is decent too!!!

This review is for the BUONVEZZO Energy Patches for Adults. This is a foil press-seal-top baggie with five clear plastic sheets containing 6 patches each. The patches are ultra-thin and shaded to a light caucasian skintone. These are supposed to be full of B vitamins and even some caffeine. Normally I get pretty jittery when I have much more caffeine than a simple cup of tea, but these either don't have the ingredients they promise, or there isn't very much on the patches themselves, because I felt awake and fine.

These are a glorified sticker in the name of giving energy is what this patch was intended to help with which I'm not experiencing any rushes or feelings of heightened energy which I had hope that the patch would provide so I could feel more awake and less sluggish. Yes, patch is waterproof it does still remain on the skin while washing or showering, does it give an energy boost while wearing it nope not that I've experienced the last couple weeks of wearing a patch a day.
