If you are interested at all in Sami Satyananda then you should read this...his discourse with one of his students.There are many explanations of yoga and practices hidden away in it.I am on my second read as there is so much really useful information to both the yoga teacher and the student who is looking for something more to their weekly yoga class.Very easy to read in that the chapters (letters) can be read, the book put down and then you go and practice!I am really enjoying it.

A wonderful collection of beautifully written letters from Swami Satyananda to three of his disciples.Full of truth, knowledge and divine wisdom.Highly recommended if you are interested in Yoga.
