Very simple to operate.
Bought it to replace an ageing gas pump. Works well, is convenient, and so simple to use.

Muy práctica y útil... la utilicé para extraer agua sucia durante temporada de lluvias...

Impressionné - démarre même avec 1po d'eau
Cette pompe réussi à démarrer dans aussi peu que 1po d'eau et réussi à vider jusqu'à env. 1/4 de po. La plupart des pompes ne démarre pas avant au moins 3po d'eau et plus... celui-ci y arrive après une dizaine de seconde a pomper. Je reviendrai pour 5 étoiles si cette pompe demeure durable dans le temps. Pour 70-80$, c'est deja un bon départ pour vider un sous-sol avec peu d'eau sur le sol... un peu comme le waterbug.

Worked for descaling an on-demand hot water heater
Ran 5% vinegar through an on-demand hot water heater for an hour. Pump performed well and had good flow at about 4 feet of head pressure. Afterwards I flushed the pump with water and soap (thoroughly) and so far no signs of corrosion anywhere. We'll see if it works next time I need it.

Nice little pump.
I bought this to drain my pool. It works well but it’s not very fast. The pool is 10’ x 22’ x 52” and had about 6” of water left in it. After about 30 minutes the water level had dropped about 0.125” so it would have taken a considerable amount of time to drain completely.I ended up using a 2nd larger pump along with this one and had the job done in an hour. My larger pump only drains down to 1.5” so the Foting pump really came in handy taking the water level down to almost nothing.Pros: very quiet, light and will drain to about .125” from the bottom.Cons: kept sucking the liner up causing water removal to cease. Slow, but if you’re not in a rush it won’t matter.
