First product from truke that I feel very disappointed with, for the following reasons :> Does not have dual connect - just a single connect> Even single connect is very buggy and just so to "wake" the earphones if you accidentally tap x3 times, you are doomed - because that is the RESET option and thus it immediately disconnects leaving you to re-pair the device and use> Mic quality is extremely poor - got feedback that it seems that I am speaking from another corner of the room, even though its snugly placed on my ears. and yes it does not have dual or quad mic and definitely NOT MEMS> I dont know how, but just once I managed to switch to spatial audio - and there is no refernce to it in the manual> No other options in touch like eq or bassmode or anything> Not worth the price ( yoga beat is 100x better and half priced )> Could not return, as date range has passed so have to keep it> Did not test, but possibly battery life is good as I charged it 3-4 times onlyI own a S1 and also Clarity 2 which performs much much better than thisEventually had to buy truke Yoga Beat, which is surprisingly half the price and is an excellent OWS ( cannot post review here as bought from somewhere)In short - keep away from this and dont buyI will also mention that truke does make quality and affordable stuff and thus have bought only its stuff, but this is Heavily Disappointing both in product, and then looking at the price that you payAbout the tech - yes in-ear buds do cause more wax development and some hearing loss in time succession, for which I switched to OWS, as I have to work with them for hours at strech sometimes

Bought this mostly for calls, specially to use on a marriage function.. Here is how the experience was -Connectivity - Connects fine with every phone, but depend on phones.. Took some time with Motorola, but quickly with OnePlus and Samsung. Can connect with one bud at a time also. But will not connect with multiple devices..Charging - Charges good.. I used only for limited time period, so worked ok for me.. (will update later)Size and quality - Size of earbuds is little big but ok, but size of the holder/charger is big bigger.. Quality is fine, with rubbery finish.. But feels ok while wearing.. I noticed no discomfort..Usage - Yes, its touch control and not the traditional button control.. I love the button because that will not cause any accident disconnections, etc.. But touch, accidental controls are possible with adjusting the earpiece.. But luckily, did not happen anything like that.. But touch is big hard.. You will need to tap hard to receive or end the call.. Its good in one way, as it will avoid accidental touch but since you need to tap hard, it feel annoying at times..Clarity and notifications - THIS IS THE DISAPPOINTING PART.. The voice which we are receiving is very low, which is fine for silent environment, But did not work out for me during the marriage function, which was very noisy.. As I could not even hear the incoming call notification.. Also notification is does not indicate any names or number, only ringtone.. So everytime, I will have takeout the phone from pocket and see who is calling and then respond.. Then whats the use of wireless.?? I have an canditech mono bluetooth, which I bought for just 700, has number notification.. But this one for 1800, does not have that!!Others - Does not have volume control on the earpiece.. Music works fine even in traffic but not calls..Verdict - Just like many other have mentioned in the reviews, yes the clarity volume on our end is very bad.. Only suitable for silent environment like home or office.. NOT to be used while riding bike, meeting, crowded places, etc..I think most of the sound conduction individual earphones have this problem.. Anyways I am not going use it anymore, as I dont need it..
