Comfortable, good support, get what you pay for in material quality
Comfortable. After sitting regularly on this chair for the last few weeks, I've had zero soreness or muscle issues. It's got great neck, back and lumbar support. The cushion itself is thick but firm, you'll be able to sit comfortably for long periods of time. We were able to put it together in just 15-20 minutes, simple instructions, all necessary parts included. The price is really reasonable for this form of chair, which is why my review is five stars, however it's clear that the material quality a bit lacking. The plastic feels cheap so I'm not entirely sure how long it will last.

Easy to put together. Great buy for the price my only issue is that the seat cushion is slightly uncomfortable but nothing unbearable for the price.

Bad product
Every time I sit in this chair, my hips slide forward and downward, which puts a lot of strain on my lower body. I can’t lean back properly either — it’s really an uncomfortable experience.

It was flimsy
I had several back surgeries in the past year so I needed an office chair for my home office which would take some strain off my back. So when I saw this chair I immediately ordered it because of its sleek design. When I put it together and sat down in it, my immediate reaction was it’s uncomfortable. As I continued to use it , I noticed it was off balanced and the frame was bent and I only had the chair for 2 weeks.
