Bosch Professional Laser Level GLL 2-10 (red Laser, Working Range: up to 10 m, 3X Batteries AA, Pouch)

Bought this to do some DIY jobs. The green lines are very easy to see giving you a horizontal and vertical line with the option have one on it's own. It self levels within a few degrees. If you set it down on ground that is too un-level the lines will flash. The unit itself seems fairly rugged but I've read they don't take well to being thrown around. There's a thread on the bottom which takes a standard camera tripod thread if you don't want to buy the Bosch tripod. The only thing this level lacks is a clamp or clip on the back to attach it to a wall. I think you can buy that separate but I feel it should be included.

Bought this after a lot of reading up on the available options. This green laser level from bosch has so far proved to be absolutley brilliant. Several jobs done more precisely and far quicker than using old spirit level. From hanging pictures in line, to putting up shelves, or even tiling the bathroom, it has not put me wrong yet. Everything bang on. The unit is robustly built and is so easy to use too. Really wish I'd invested in this years ago! So in conclusion, buy this one

Solid build and seems pretty accurate for a laser; but you will find your self struggling in daytime outdoors.

Being a DIY'er, I've endured using a spirit level for years now and always dreamed of owning one of these. With a cheeky price decrease over Black Friday, I bit the bullet and went for this bad boy and what a weapon. Seconds to setup and your off to the races. Its bang on with my spirit levels, if not more accurate. Has made DIY tasks such as hanging picture frames in line with each other a breeze, no more measuring height from the floor. I haven't put it through its paces properly just yet but with a panelling job in mind, I suspect it will make it a breeze. Will just have to see how good the battery life is.

Bought for my partner as a Xmas present and he was very pleased with it size was good and transportable and seems to be good value for money.

I was really looking forward to this laser,but was disappointed in how thick the laser lines were,tried it against my PLS2 and an older Bosch laser and it's quite a bit thicker

So easy to use, much better than the slightly cheaper Chinese one I returned. Settles in seconds, really clear lines and accurate. Love the lock when switched off. I wish I had bought one years ago.

Strong clear lines. Self-leveling within parameters. Lines flash to let you know if it is outside those parameters. Easy to use - main buttons are on/off, automatic leveling feature on/off, and switching the horizontal and vertical lines on/off. Switches off if you don't press a button for 2 minutes. It's reasonably compact, and seems reasonably robust - but it is a delicate instrument - so care needs to be taken anyway. No more untangling lines of string.
