Missing parts
I ordered this welder in time for an event to replace my current welder because they had great reviews. The welder was missing the stylus and power cord for it. I called sunstone expressed that I had ordered for an event over a week later in hopes they could get it out sooner and the woman did not care. So now the missing part isn’t coming in time for the event of course.

Piece of junk that barely works.
Absolute garbage. I'm an experienced jeweler. I bought it primarily as a way to solder jump rings on delicate bracelets. All jump rings were clean, had contact, and were tightly fitted, and yet, after ~100 tries, I ended up with 97 burnt jump rings that were not welded.Avoid.
