Great product

So I bought this because I remember taking the probiotic yogurt from BioK+. It tasted so good. This one now is in a capsule form. I wondered if the efficacy would be as good so I bought it.I have been using it for the past month and I really feel good. I travel so much that I am always worried about my own immunity defense. While taking this one, I feel I am full of energy. It helps with my stomach too. I have not had a single stomach issue while taking it while normally I will have some occasional discomfort. I will keep going with this one.

A bit pricy, but this is what mom was getting in the hospital. I can't believe there are products out there the same for less. Mom insisted on using what they were giving her.

This probiotic brand is amazing! Their formula has proven to be so effective for strengthening my defenses and supporting my overall gut health. These capsules also have Wellmune, which is essentially yeast beta glucans that contain unique immune health properties. I strongly recommend these to everyone as they have been a game changer for me.

There are 60 average sized caplet and a 2 cap a day, this makes this bottle a 30 day supply. I took this probiotic for 30 days and welcomed it claims. My stomach seemed to have urgent regularity at first and then the feeling of urgentcy became less after a few days and just became regular. THe claims can not be verified by me personally concerning that the 25 billion CFU's are released in the intestines, but based on the research and claims and company, I feel confident taking this probiotic health supplement for gut health. I feel that this is a top tier probiotic supplement.

In 1999 or so, I worked at a mom and pop health food store named Nutrition World. This is before Whole Foods or Sprouts etc. If you wanted health food supplements you had to go to GNC, or find a little store like the one I worked at. There was no Amazon, no big online ordering. We were a weird little store that most people never visited unless you were lactose intolerant, organically driven, or vegan etc.I remember a rep from Bio K coming in to talk about their products to our staff. The item they sold were little bottles of what looked like yogurt. You were supposed to eat small amounts daily. This was the first time someone told me about probiotics that I can really remember or at least the first time it stuck with me or maybe the first time that I believed this stuff was really good for me. I remember the rep telling us how you could actually lose weight if you use probiotics and get your gut in check if you had flora issues which lead to digestion issues then weight issues etc.I loved those bio k tiny yogurt tubes. I felt like it was legit.Fast forward years and years later...25 years plus! and I am so glad to see this company is still around and selling products.There is a lot to be said about a company that stands the test of time. I am happy to have learned about them in the first years of their company (the company began in 1994).Rock on Bio K+. I hope you enjoy many more years of success.It's fun to experience with new companies and formulas, but when it comes to relying on a company for supplements that YOU RELY ON, it is important to buy from a company that has stood the test of time.To your health,Laura

This bottle offers a one month supply with the recommended daily dose of 2 capsules. Not taste or smell to these and the capsules are vegan. The bottle is properly safety sealed and expiration date is for enough out on January 22, 2026. I am pleased with this supplement and find it beneficial for both mental and general health maintenance.
