Admittedly, we haven't used this as a tagine yet, hopefully we'll give that a try soon. But as to the pan itself, I love it. It heats up evenly and makes frying foods easy. Best of all, it cleans up so easily. We've had this pan for about five months now and it still cleans up as easily as it did after the first use. It looks as fresh as when we first got it. I am suitably impressed.

This is my go to pan, for frying, baking, braising, it’s awesome!I love it for braising most of all. The design keeps moisture in and the temperature consistent. And it cleans up in a snap. It’s perfect size for meals for 2, I’d get another one in a larger size if they offer it.

I really like having a tajine to add to my pots and pans collection as it'll be great for certain moroccan dishes like lamb and couscous as well as some other roasts I want to try. This tajine works as advertised, but the quality isn't tremendous. For example, the top piece of the lid screws onto the lid instead of being welded or already attached. It also feels very light compared to what I was expecting, which is nice for maneuvering but makes me worried about how this will hold up over time. The mitts and trivet thing that come with it are also pretty useless. I would have preferred they put more quality into the tajine itself rather than include the useless accessoriesFor the price, I think this could be a lot better. If it's on sale though or there are big coupons, it can be a good cheaper addition to your kitchen.
