Ointment has grainy feel - bad batch
I’ve used this ointment for over a year. Usually $23+ each tube. This was a good deal I thought. However upon opening the first box and using it in my eye it was scratchy and felt worse than when I had my eye injury that caused me to start using this. I’ll be sticking to smaller product of 1-2 tubes. Weird though since this was from the brand company so I thought it was safe. Very dissatisfied especially since there’s no returns available. $100 is a lot to just throw out.
