You need to use the Type-C cable in the package as the power supply. 3 x 1.5V AA Alkaline Batteries only last about 8 hours at most.

Can this item work normally if there is not Wi-Fi?

Sure, the item can work both with Wi-Fi and Network Disconnection Status. If there occures outage or wifi disconnection, you won't get any APP notification and you only get on spot 120dB alarm.

Can I add more door/window sensors and remotes?

You can add up to 24 door/window sensors and 10 remotes to the central alarm host. Note: Same door/window sensor and remote can be added to different host too.
