Thick and effective.
This is a very thick, occlusive moisturizer for the body which is suitable for the face. If using on the face I'll caution you to use it sparingly. Its basically glycerin. It has no scent; not even a medical scent. The oat complex is good at reducing redness transiently. It is greasy if applied too thickly or if applied to dry skin. Overall, its great.

Excellent moisturizer for very dry skin
NOTE: As advertised this is a deep moisturizer for very dry skin. As such I expected it to be a bit greasy feeling until my skin absorbed it. Once it did, my hands felt moisturized and not at all greasy. Great value for the money and definitely helps very dry skin in the winter!

Blows all other cracked skin moisturizers out of the water
This product is amazing, I have a graveyard of products I have tried for my cracked hands and feet. Nothing has worked till I tried this product. My feet were to the point of cracked and bleeding. After a few days of using this product the cracks are gone. My feet are normal again after a many year struggle.
