Loving it
Love it! Purchased many months ago but for making come incense, a little goes far. Can't smell anything other than the herbs I mix into it, so that's good! I also like that it's just tree bark, so I know it's not crap chemicals (hopefully)

Great makko powder
This makko powder is great. It’s easy to mix with water and form a dough to combine with other incense powders or essential oil. Its quality is great as a glue material. Very malleable. Easy to work with and not so messy. Do give it time to dry properly afterwards. I was impatient and tried to light the cone I made but it was too wet and needed time.

Oh, great, a new hobby!
Pictured is the first batch of incense I whipped up, 50/50 makko powder and a white sage/rosemary/clove blend. The dough came together well and was easily workable into both cone and hand-rolled sticks without extruders or molds. Both forms burned well, the fragrance being pretty much exclusively the added blend. While I may need to step up my game in terms of tools for the task, as well as slowing down the drying process a bit to avoid deformation, I have been nothing but pleased with this makko powder thus far, and am eager to start making more.
