I use this for my autistic son’s medication that he takes several times per day. I find it very useful as it stays on my keychain and doesn’t get lost in my purse or open up like the other pill holders would.It’s easy to find as it clips to my keychain and never opens up on its own as it’s sealed tight & secure.Sometimes it’s the small things that make your life easier! And this is one of those items. It’s about the size of my pinky finger and is barely noticeable in weight. And I never have to worry about forgetting his medication at home.If you’re on the fence (like I was) buy it!You likely won’t regret it.I wished I purchased this, instead of the small plastic pill containers that are now going in the trash- they kept opening in my purse and served no purpose.

It is perfect for carrying pills size small

This pill container works great for holding my prescription medication that needs to be taken at specific times throughout the day. I have the single container version, which is perfect for my needs, but I do appreciate the ability to add additional compartment extensions. The titanium material appears to be high-quality, it's lightweight, portable, and has a convenient carabiner clip that attaches securely to my person. I recently tested how well it seals by submerging the container in a cup of water for several hours. Medication powder was present before submerging it in a cup of water. Upon taking the pill container out of the cup of water and patting the exterior dry with a paper towel, I unscrewed the container and found no evidence of water breaching inside, as the pill powder residue inside the container was completely dry (pictures included, in order from submerging in water, opening the container slightly, and fully open to show the powder residue is completely dry inside). I think this is a great product and a very good value, both in terms of quality and functionality.

Pros:-Waterproof: tested in a sink for 30 minutes, no water got in-Tiny-Strong spring on the latch, won't accidentally come looseCons:-Maybe too tiny, I have some pills that i can't even fit a single one in this container. However, if you need small, this is for you.-Pictures show multiple sections, but only one is included.

This is a really amazing little pill case. I picked up the smallest size (no extensions), and it will be perfect to transport a couple of small pills I take with meals while dining out, to carry on a hike, or any other outing. The compartment is tiny (about 0.5” dia x 1” long), but it looks like extensions might be available for someone needing a bit more space. The textured finger grip allows easy access, the threading is smooth and effortless to turn, and the gasketed lid protects the contents from moisture. The spring clip would affix easily to a key chain, belt loop, or any other similar object, or slip the entire container into a pocket. The vial weighs next to nothing, but seems incredibly strong for its weight (especially when compared to plastic and aluminum boxes) - but I haven’t tested the manufacturers claims about being able to drive over it ;-)))I didn’t see any indication of where this is made on the packaging (I’m not always a fan of imports), but I’m so impressed with the product that it really doesn’t really matter.

This pill holder is really good quality. It looks cool and it’s really useful. Not only can you put pills inside you can put any small things you need in there too. It’s super rugged and should withstand any beating. It should also be waterproof and rustproof. If you need a pill holder, this is it.

This is the perfect size for always having one emergency dose of a medication in case you get stuck in a snowstorm, flight is delayed a day, etc. It literally fits one large pill as the description says but you could fit several smaller pills in it. It has a gasket to keep moisture out and the carabiner works well. It also comes in its own little box which would be useful if you wanted to give this as a gift.

This is great for holding a small quantity of pills for an overnight trip or a “just in case” dose. It’s a lot smaller than I thought it would be, but I actually like the smaller size because I don’t want to carry a bulky pill case around if I only need 2 or 2 pills. It’s really durable, and the little carabiner clip works perfectly for attaching it to a bag. It comes in a neat little plastic box that I can reuse for other things.
