They made things right.
For some reason this product did not work as it should have. Circumstances did not allow for finding out why. I'm sure this was an isolated problem. Oileus responded quickly to make things right. Thank you.

Needs to be longer!
It worked fine, but needs to be about 1 foot longer!

I purchased this item , didnt use it right way because it was not season, now i am using it - but i stopped working after 2nd attempt--- not good product

Doesn't work with self-resealing cans
There are two types of R134A cans: the non-resealable can (which doesn't have a hole on top -- to be punched by the tool and is not save-able), and the self resealing can (has a pre-punched hole on too -- is save-able if not used up fully).This tool does not work with the self resealing cans, and the description doesn't mention it.I ended up buying the ACPRO tool from Walmart, which works with both types of cans (the ACPRO tool comes with the adapter for the self resealing can).
