It is a great tool for garden use. The edge is very sharp, so it is easy to cut grass and roots to dig holes. The material is also very hard, which can protect the shovel from being damaged by stones from the soil.

I personally enjoy camping in national forests where you don't have traditional campgrounds with neighbors. For me, going camping is about decompressing and grounding myself with just the sounds of mother nature. This little shovel comes in a great case that is pretty durable and fits in my go bag easily. What it lacks in size, it makes up for in function. I've found using it as a hoe the most useful for clearing the area of rocks for where my tent goes and digging a hole for a firepit. It has several small features that I personally didn't find much use for with the exception of the serrated edge that works as a saw in a pinch. It also works well for pulling up stakes as long as you have the exposed head. Happy camping!

Got this on sale for a very decent price. I have bad soil in my backyard, they are clay like with some rocks and stones. This shovel is very sharp, the little tooth on the side help me to dig holes easier in my garden.

I love how it disassembles quickly for compact storage, and the design is really well thought out, including the comfortable rubber handle. I’m very happy with this purchase and highly recommend it .

It's very sturdy and looks multi-function. I haven't figured out all the features yet, but it serves what I needs so far.

This is one rugged tool. Easy to assemble and locks into place well. The uses for this is endless. The shovel end feels more like a spear head but does all the work you expect of a shovel, trowel, or even pick. This would make a great gift for an out door person in your life.
