I first bought this, it worked for a couple of days until the sticky thing came off, and tried the extras they sent me and then I gave up and trashed it ( I know💔) a couple of months later I get a personal email from the seller saying that they where going to replace the sticky things because their was issued with the previous adhesives. (figured out the word lol) so then I told them that I had got rid of the whole thing, and they kindly sent me a new product!!! YES!!!! The whole thing!!! Been using my product for 10 days now, and let me tell you, IT HAS NOT FALLEN OFF!!!!! 😍 I will definitely edit this post later with pictures!

Pretty easy to set up. The first hour it was installed it didn’t stay. Left overnight suctioned and then it came apart but then the next morning I placed it on again and it’s been stuck ever since. Please follow the directions. It does say this too.Update: seller contacted me and provided a better sticky pad. I’m in Texas so the heat is crazy here. This works like it says. All these people complaining that it doesn’t work just need to contact the seller for the sticky pad to purchase. It’s not that hard!!Update: 8/16/2023 the plastic ring around the holder where the phone is attached to broke 1 month ago. It has lasted me a good 3.5 years. Wish it didn’t break.Update 8/17/23 received the new holder and the pop socket holder wouldn’t hold my pop socket on my phone and it was wiggling on the arm part. So I took the old pop socket holder from the one that broke and it worked fine and stayed on. I would say the new holder was defective but it was able to fix it with old parts from the old one that broke.

So the thing about this product is it works. Totally functional. My phone is a little on the larger side so it’s a little lopsided sometimes when in use, but that might be becuase of the phone’s size, not the product itself.What I did not like was how the package came to me.The initial box was dented, which is a little annoying, but not that big of a deal since it’s mail, things happen, and this came in an envelope.I did NOT like how the pop socket holder came out of the box dirty. I took the picture fresh out of the box, and it’s got fuzzies and dirt on it. Had to wipe it down really good. Can’t tell if this was a used product or new, and I purchased it new so I don’t think it should be like that. The larger piece was mostly clean, hold a small scuff on the edge which had the same dirt/fuzz on it.Everything appeared to be in the box at least. Everything was functional, and there. Just dirty from an unknown source and that’s disappointing. Would have been a five star if it had been clean. Good product if you have a pop socket and other phone holders don’t give space for it.

It wouldn’t stick no matter what I tried to do. I didn’t even put my phone on it. I tried to stick it multiple times and let it sit to fully adhere before I even tried to use it. Save your money. Not worth it!

I love this phone holder so, so much! It's been a total lifesaver on long drives, keeping my phone securely in place while I use GPS or take hands-free calls. I used mine for a week and it already keeps falling off. also the arm never really held my phone correctly. the piece that holds the phone worked, but the phone may have been too heavy for the product for long time use. and i used it ALL of the time. i have an ipone 12 Max Pro. Gave it a 3 because it is pretty sturdy and probably works just fine for a smaller/lighter phone. I have a 2014 ford fusion and there really was not a great place to put the holder either. would NOT recommend it if you have a similar car. the dash is slanted and it did not work well and covered most of the dials and navigation panel

I was impressed with the quality for the price. Although it wouldn't work for my setup and I had to return it, I thought it was deserving of a good review.Reason for return: my touch screen extends about 1.5" above and 3" out, from my dash ('23 Maverick lariat). The arc wasn't quite big enough, causing my phone to face the roof.Otherwise, I would be keeping it. Suction cup is that soft sticky rubber, and provides plenty of strength. I did not attempt to use the 3M tape discs provided, but from experience, I'm sure they'd only strengthen the grip.My only issue, had the arc been larger, was the depth of the socket slot. I use an OtterBox with the pop socket built in. Because of this, the socket is nearly flush with the case. The slot requires me to barely pull the socket out. In the long run, this will wear out the PS, causing it to easily pull out and sag (I've dealt with this in the past).

I bought this in 2021. A friend of mine just asked for a recommendation for a phone mount, it is not march 2025 and this is still standing strong 4 years later. Highly recommend!
