I have an under active Thyroid gland and have been advised to take it daily. I was very surprised by how green it was and that almost made me afraid of trying it (though to be honest, what did I expect from something made with vegetables)! Anyway, I was very pleasantly surprised...it tasted pleasant, though I'm not sure I would call the taste 'tropical'. On reading the contents of the packet I was very pleased, it has lots of trace elements and goodies packed into a small packet! I have considered fermenting vegetables which would have a similar action on my body but to be honest I haven't the time or energy to spend on that! I bought it when Holland & Barrett had their sale so I'm going back for another two!
