Very supportive back brace. I like the added compression with the extra straps to be able to tighten it down. Quality is very good. It provided wonderful support and pain relief during a recent arthritic flare in my low back.

Good brace. The only issue is it slides up. Definitely gives lumbar support and helps avoid hurting yourself when lifting.

As I suffer from severe scoliosis and degenerative joint and disc disease, this brace gave me immediate and more Support and pain relief than the one the insurance approved for me. My balance improved even more with it and it is really nice not to be scared of falling so much. I will keep buying this product and more like it.

I’ve bought 3 or 4 braces recently. None were this comfortable. The back boning is CURVED inward where your spine goes in and outward near the bottom of the spine, just like the human body, instead of a flat straight piece of metal! That curvature makes all the difference. It’s better than any other brace, fitting snugly to the spine with strong adjustable straps and two more pieces over that. It never pulls apart even under heavy stress from me working or exercising! Love it.

The product appears to be well-made, but it didn't fit right. This was purchased for my father-in-law who's 91 years old and normally wears a large sized shirt or jacket. Given the fact that a L/XL was purchased, it was just too big for him. It bunched-up in the back and the metal piece in the back prevented from him sitting comfortably. I'll update this review with his height, weight, etc. when I can. Am now ordering the next size down to see if that will work.

I've only worn it a handful of times, but I can say that each time, my back felt the support it needed. I had originally purchased it to help with being on my feet for a full shift at my new part-time job, which was wreaking havoc on my lumbar. Unfortunately, I left that job before this brace arrived. I'll have other opportunities to use it. I will add that it's not great for sitting, in my experience. The bottom and top of the band in the front roll over on themselves while sitting, but are easily straightened back out once I'm on my feet again. I did notice some pain relief while wearing it, which is the whole idea behind making the purchase. The brace is made of high-quality material and is easily adjustable for optimal comfort. It's not bulky and can be worn under the shirt for a more professional or appealing look. I haven't worn it long enough to comment on the breathability, but the material appears to allow for good airflow. Overall, I would recommend this back brace. I purchased this with my own funds, and I was not paid to write this review.

I purchased this after seeing it on TV and reading several reviews as I was looking for some support as my Sciatica continues to flare up from time to time. I found this product to be well constructed, a good fit (including adjustable bands), and can be worn under a pullover or long sleeve shirt if necessary. While my doctor suggests not wearing or relying on the brace every day as your lower back muscles needs to remain relatively strong; using the brace when a project dictates or some moderate lifting is necessary provides additional support and mobility. I would recommend.
